Day 4. March 25th, 2010.

Today was Yoga X. 

I liked it, but I didn’t finish it simply because it was really long and I didn’t have enough time to finish it with my schedule. 

I wish I would have looked ahead of time at how long it was so I could have organized my time better. I might be able to finish it tonight, but if I don’t i’m not going to stress too much.

Before I started Yoga X I did Level 2 of The Biggest Loser Cardio Max with Jillian Michaels. I realized yesterday (call me slowpoke) that if I don’t fit in any type of cardio I wont lose much weight, if any at all. I think i’m going to add Cardio Max into my work out routine so maybe I can lose weight faster. If the weather was better i’d be outside walking or jogging, but its on the verge of raining. 

Tonight I have weight training. I’ll get a good workout there also.

Day 2. March 23rd, 2010

Today was my Cardio X day. I never new yoga could be so helpful in the mix. It was a very, very nice change. 

The P90X Cardio is so much fun. It’s more fun than some of the other cardio workouts I’ve done, and i’ve done quite a few. 

I’m feeling the soreness from yesterday, but I’m not complaining. I love this sore feeling. I can’t wait to keep going further in the program. 

I’m going to get a double work out today cause later tonight I have weight training at school which is pretty much a different way to say Boot Camp.

Day 1. March 22nd, 2010.

Today I started my P90X journey. 

I’m doing the lean version since I don’t really want to gain muscle. I just want to lose weight and tone up a bit. 

Today was Core Synergistics. 

It was hard, but I didn’t stop or pause as much as I thought I would. I really can’t wait until I can stick with the whole work out. 

I’m not really going to stick with the P90X diet since I don’t really have that freedom. I am, however, going to eat a lot better and watch my calorie intake.

Day 3. March 24th, 2010.

Today was Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X.

It was the longest work out so far. 

Shoulders & Arms was good. I liked it a lot. But. I officially hate Ab Ripper X. It was hard, but I probably only hate it cause i’m so sore. I tried to stick with it as much as I could. But I did stop a lot cause of the sore pains. 

I need to get a new set of weights. I only have one pair of 7.5 pound weights and for a lot of the Shoulders & Arms work out, I needed a heavier set.
